Duke & Bella Home offers a flat $12 delivery fee Australia wide. Standard orders are shipped within 5 business days for metropolitan areas. Made to order items are shipped within 10-15 business days. For remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 business days.

Duke & Bella Home will endeavour to deliver goods to you within the specified dates but will not be responsible for unexpected delays or late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase.

All deliveries within Australia are completed through Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Goods are sent by registered mail and a signature is required upon delivery. If you are not home to accept delivery of the parcel, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery/pick-up of goods with the relevant delivery company.
Post Office boxes will not be accepted as addresses for delivery.

Responsibility of goods is passed on to you as soon as it departs from our premises and we hand your order over to the delivery company. Duke & Bella Home does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of your order occurring in transit, however if you have any problems with the delivered goods please contact us immediately by clicking ‘Contact Us' or email us at: sales@dukeandbella.com.au
